Today I was guest speaker at the Havering Women in Business networking event. I thoroughly enjoyed myself speaking to a full room of female entrepreneurs on strategies to improve their diet, lifestyle and wellbeing which would in turn reflect in their businesses. It’s always fulfilling to empower others and there were lots of ‘aha’ moments. The networking was great too and I had the opportunity of putting faces to the names of some of my newest twitter followers. Angela provided consultancy for me on a project I recently conducted for the Department of Health in relation to healthy catering. She gave us valuable insights in relation to dietary matters which added another dimension to the research output and she clearly has an expert knowledge of her field. She was also very easy to work with and delivered what we needed on time. I would have no hesitation in working with her again in the future.
