Winning at Weight Loss

FACT 1: We make around 250 food-related decisions every day without even realising it.

FACT : You only need to eat an extra 100 calories a day to gain 5.5kg (10lbs) over the course of a year.

The networking was great too and I had the opportunity of putting faces to the names of some of my newest twitter followers. Here I am with Yvonne Bendall and Linda Watson from the London Borough of Havering who co-ordinate and organise Havering Women in Business.
