Edition #60 (Year 2): What If Your Next Level Is Already in Your Hands?
From the Made for More Memo Archive
This edition was originally shared with subscribers on 18 September 2026 as part of a weekly journey to help ambitious women elevate their life, leadership, business and beyond.
There’s a particular kind of restlessness that can appear when you’ve been successful for a while.
You’re doing well, people trust you, you’ve built expertise and a reputation.
Yet, something is telling you: I want more, so naturally, your mind starts looking for something new.
A new offer.
A new direction.
A new business model.
Perhaps even a completely new identity.
But what if the answer isn’t to start again? What if there is more available in what you’ve already built than you’ve allowed yourself to see?
This week, we’re exploring exactly that.
THE MINDSET RESET | See Possibility Before Seeking Change
Your next level doesn’t automatically require a new business so before you dismantle what you’ve built, look at it with fresh eyes.
What is already working?
What do people trust you for?
What have you become exceptionally good at?Your past success isn’t something you need to leave behind. It may be the foundation for your next chapter.
THE CONFIDENCE CATALYST | Let Your Experience Do More Of The Work
When you’ve built your success through hard work, “do more” can feel like the safest answer. More clients. More hours. More content. More responsibility. But there comes a point when adding more simply adds weight.
Your next level may call for leverage rather than effort. Better positioning, opportunities, clients and better use of your time.
The question isn’t: “How much more can I do?”
It’s: “How can I create more value from what I already know?”
That is a very different way to think about growth.THE STRATEGY SHIFT | Build From What Is Already Proven
Your business is constantly giving you clues. Pay attention to what clients repeatedly ask you for. Notice where you create your greatest value. Look at what people already recognise you for, and notice which work energises you.
These aren't just observations. They are strategic intelligence.
You may not need reinvention but to refine what is already working and give it more room to grow.
Bonus Insight For Subscribers Only
There’s one question I’d add to all of this:
“Am I trying to create something new because it is genuinely the right next move, or because I haven’t yet given myself permission to fully own what I have already built?”
That distinction matters.
Sometimes “I need something new” is actually “I’m ready for something bigger.”
Those are not the same thing. One asks you to start over; the other asks you to think bigger about what is already yours.
Mini Coaching Exercise
Take 10 quiet minutes this weekend and complete these three sentences:
What is already working is...
What I could leverage more fully is...
If I stopped assuming I need to start again, I could...
Then resist the temptation to immediately turn your answers into another to-do list. Instead, reflect on them.

ometimes clarity comes not from adding another strategy, but from finally seeing the opportunity that has been in front of you all along.
You have already built more than you may be giving yourself credit for.
