Edition #51: The People Who Need You Can't Choose You If They Can't See You
From the Made for More Memo Archive
This edition was originally shared with subscribers on 17 July 2026 as part of a weekly journey to help ambitious women elevate their life, leadership, business and beyond.
This week I've been thinking about something I see time and time again with accomplished women.
Not a lack of ability.
Not a lack of experience.
A reluctance to fully own the value they've already spent years building.
The irony is that many of the women who have the most to offer are often the least comfortable talking about themselves.
If that's ever felt true for you, I hope this week's insights remind you that visibility isn't about becoming someone different.
It's about allowing more people to benefit from who you've already become.
THE MINDSET RESET | From Hidden Excellence To Intentional Impact
Your work speaking for itself may have served you well until now.
But every new season asks a different version of you to emerge.
Choosing to become more visible isn't ego.
It's recognising that your gifts can't create transformation for people who never discover they exist.
THE CONFIDENCE CATALYST | Confidence Grows Through Evidence
Many people believe confidence comes first.
In reality, confidence is built every time you raise your hand, share your perspective, speak on the panel, publish the article or have the conversation.
Readiness isn't a feeling.
It's something you prove to yourself through action.
THE STRATEGY SHIFT | Build Before You Need It
One of the smartest business decisions you can make is building your own reputation before circumstances force you to.
When people know what you stand for and how you help, opportunities become something you create—not something you wait for.

Perhaps the biggest reason visibility feels uncomfortable isn't because you lack confidence.
It's because you've unintentionally made humility mean invisibility.
They aren't the same thing.
You can be deeply humble while being unmistakably visible.
Humility says, "This isn't about me."
Stewardship says, "This isn't only about me."
When someone needs what only you can offer, staying hidden doesn't protect your humility.
It limits your impact.
The women who create sustainable success don't simply become more visible.
They learn to lead themselves differently first.
Because lasting confidence, greater influence and the capacity to hold your next level aren't built by doing more.
They're built by becoming more.
If this week's insights resonated, you don't have to navigate your next level alone. Whether you're looking for personalised support or a structured coaching experience, the resources below will help you explore what that next step could look like.

Complete this sentence:
More people would benefit from my work if they knew that I...
Don't overthink it.
Write the first honest answer that comes to mind.
You might be surprised how much clarity one sentence creates.
{{contact.first_name}}, remember this:
The opportunities you're hoping for may not require you to become more capable.
They may simply require more people to see the value you've been quietly carrying all along.
Have a wonderful weekend,
THE MINDSET RESET | When Success No Longer Fits.
Many high-achieving women don't want to quit because they're incapable. They want to quit because the version of success they've been sustaining no longer reflects who they've become.
Growth often requires more than new goals. Sometimes it requires redefining what success means for this next season of your life.
Reflection:Are you chasing a definition of success that still belongs to you?
THE CONFIDENCE CATALYST |Leadership Begins With Service.
The leaders who leave the greatest impact aren't focused on proving their importance. They're focused on increasing someone else's potential.
True confidence isn't found in having all the answers but in being secure enough to listen well, develop others and create environments where people can flourish.
People rarely remember how impressive a leader was. They remember how that leader made them feel about themselves.
THE STRATEGY SHIFT | Small Adjustments Create Lasting Influence.
Extra milers don't necessarily work longer hours. They simply look for one more opportunity to add value.
Whether that's offering encouragement, creating clarity, solving a problem or helping someone grow, these seemingly small moments become the foundation of trusted leadership.
Influence is rarely built through one defining moment.
It's built through consistent acts of intentional service.
Bonus Insight:The Question Behind The Question.
Many women tell themselves they're looking for a better strategy, more motivation or the next opportunity.
But underneath those questions is often a much deeper one:
"Am I building a life that still feels true to who I'm becoming?"
The answer isn't found by doing more but by creating enough space to think honestly before you act intentionally.
Sometimes your greatest breakthrough begins with permission to stop performing and start leading from a place of alignment.
Mini Coaching Exercise
Take ten quiet minutes this weekend and journal your answers to these three questions:
What feels most aligned in my life and leadership right now?
What have I outgrown that I've been trying to maintain?
What is one small act of service or leadership I can intentionally offer someone next week?
You don't have to change everything overnight.
One intentional decision can begin changing the direction of everything.
If you're ready to deepen this work and explore what leading, living and succeeding from the inside out could look like for you, I'd love to invite you to explore working together and to discover more about my programme.
